One lead per phone number. A new lead gets no message until you mark it Contacted.
First row is the column names: phone, name, cafe (or cafe_name), stage, source. The 12 Oct sheet (phone, name_raw, cafe, greet) works as it is. Check first: nothing is saved until you press Save.
Creates the café, its plan, and (optionally) seeds tables.
Ends the free trial: the morning trial check never switches it off again. Every feature it has now is kept, and everything in its plan is switched on.
